Pantothenic
Acid (Vitamin B5) functions in the oxidation of fatty acids
and carbohydrates for energy production and the synthesis of fatty
acids, ketones, cholesterol, phospholipids, steroid hormones, and
amino acids. Pantothenic Acid may help to lower cholesterol, increase
energy (aerobic power), improve sport performance, and is good for
rheumatoid arthritis and as an antistress vitamin.
