Product: Vitamin A & D

Vitamin A is necessary for healthy skin and mucous membranes, the body's first line of defense against invading microorganisms and toxins. Vitamin A promotes the immune system and destroys cancer-causing carcinogens, guards against heart disease and stroke, and lowers cholesterol levels. It may also offer anti-cancer effects and prevents/reverses aging of skin. Vitamin D is necessary for strong bones and teeth. You may need vitamin D supplements if you are a vegetarian and/or have little exposure to sunlight and do not drink vitamin D-fortified milk.
